A Shared Experience Your Guests Won’t Forget

Mark’s mind reading performances are smart and funny shared experiences, full of impossible moments delivered with the humour and cheeky con-man confidence that defines his style.
Whether he’s standing in front of a dining table with 8 guests or performing on a stage for hundreds, the effect is the same: laughter, astonishment, and a room full of people bonding over the same “How did he know that?” moments.

No props. No glitter. Just a man who tells you he can't actually read minds performing series of ever-more baffling feats of mind reading which culminate in a truly astonishing ending.

Experiences

Laughing, Leaning Forward, and Trying to Work Out What Just Happened

These front-and-centre performances are fun and full of surprises. Guests stay engaged because they are watching not just Mark but their friends, their family or their colleagues, who the performance is built around — their reactions, their choices, their personalities.

There’s no humiliation, no awkward volunteer moments, and nothing that risks making tomorrow’s staff meeting or next Christmas uncomfortable in any way. Just intelligent, grown-up entertainment that creates a shared experience people talk about long after the event.

Questions You Might Have

How long is the show?

Typically 35-45 minutes, but this can be reduced (or extended slightly) depending on your requirements.

Do you need a stage?

Not usually for groups under around 80. Larger audiences benefit from either a raised stage or raked seating, but it really does depend on the specific circumstances. Get in touch with Mark and he'll be happy to be honest about his suitability for your particular circumstances.

What AV equipment do you need?

For small rooms: nothing.

For larger rooms: a hands-free wireless microphone such as a lapel mic or headset, as well as a simple PA.

Will you involve the audience?

Yes, definitely. That's the whole point. Mark could stand there and read his own mind, but if we're honest, it's not that interesting. Participation...

Can the show run between courses or speeches?

Yes. There is a great deal of flexibility here. For dinner events, Mark usually performs after dessert and coffees have been served, but if you want to break up the evening a little, or give guests something to talk about during the meal, then between courses works quite well.  Marks performance can also help break up a long agenda, or re-energise a crowd after lunch.
